2. General conditions of use of the site and the services offered.

2.1 Purpose

The website https://www.location-lustres.com is intended to inform Internet users about the main activities of the company PHOS. However, it does not constitute an exhaustive presentation of its activities.
It presents the rental products and services of the company PHOS.

2.2 Protection

The Site constitutes an intellectual work protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and applicable International Regulations.
PHOS is the owner of the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the website of which it is the owner, in particular, its brand “PHOS”, its texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons and sounds.
